Some of the scary things we'll handle for you.
There are many tasks that we find clients often forget about, or simply aren’t aware of in the first place. Not to worry though, we’ll handle all of the following for you:
Event & Venue Guidelines
Don't be fooled in thinking every venue has the same rules, they all differ in their restrictions for each show; these details will be included int he Operations Manual and you will be supported by us every step of the way.
This will be given to you closer to the event time and covers all the information needed for a build of your stand including contact details for the electrics and safety documents. We not only build your stand but project manage from the get go; pass this straight on to us and leave us with the finer details!
Stand Plan Submission & Approval
Before your exhibition stand can be built, your stand plans will need to have been submitted to the organisers to obtain approval to build; this takes into account all show restrictions via the Operations Manual. You can feel assured with us that it is all being taken care of; just sit back and prepare for the exhibition opening!
This is required at all shows to outline the work safety procedures put in place for a stand build. Your Project Manager will liase with the show organiser direct on all safety procedures, it's part of the package deal!
Detailed calculations may be required when building at a certain height above the restrictions given in the Shows Manual. We have designers who can provide this all for you, allowing you to concentrate on just turning up on the day!
This lays out all the potential hazzards you may come across when building your stand and how this is to be avoided; leave the paper work to us!
Contractor & Vehicle Passes
This is mandatory at most shows when attending a stand build and when unloading/loading a vehicle for the build and breakdown of a stand. This is all taken care of at Inspire Displays when we work on site; another weight of your mind.
